Now offering curbside and in-clinic service options

Dear friends and clients,

We continue to offer and encourage curbside service for appointments. In addition to curbside service, beginning Monday, June 1st, Companions Animal Hospital will begin allowing a pet parent into the building to accompany their pet for appointments, with added precautions to limit any potential exposure to our clients and team.

Here is what you need to know:

    • Please do not enter the building upon arrival. Instead, please call us at 320-372-3144 to let us know you are here.
    • Only 1 person is allowed to accompany their pet into the building.
    • Wait in your car until our team calls to let you know your exam room is ready.
    • Any person accompanying their pet MUST wear a mask. We have some on hand if you do not have your own.
    • Once in the exam room, please enjoy your visit from the designated chair in the exam room. We have positioned the room to allow our team to maintain appropriate social distance.

For the health, safety and well-being of our clients and employees, medication and product pick up will still be curbside only. We will continue to keep you updated on additional changes. We appreciate your understanding as we work to make sure pets receive the care they need while keeping our team and our clients healthy and safe.
