We Are Open for Curbside Service

To all of our CAH friends and family,

As part of our commitment to keep our team, our clients and the community safe, we’re doing things a little differently during business hours to combat COVID-19. For the time being, we’re moving solely to curbside concierge service to minimize any risk of transmission. This means that when you arrive at the hospital during our usual business hours, our doors will be closed.

BE ASSURED: WE ARE OPEN. We provide critical services for a very special population.

When you get here, please call us from the parking lot at 320-252-6700. We’ll have one of our team members bring out any food, medications or supplies you’ve requested and you can pay right over the phone. If you have an appointment, we will come out and get your pet and take them inside. Don’t panic if we greet you in protective gear – we’re trying to keep everyone safe.

FOR APPOINTMENTS AND/OR EMERGENCIES:
???? Our office hours will remain the same Monday-Friday from 7 am-6 pm and Saturday from 9 am-noon. We will not be doing boarding pickups or drop-offs or filling medications on Sundays – instead, we ask that you plan to pick up your pet or items during business hours on Saturday or Monday.
???? For emergencies, if possible, please call us at 320-252-6700 to let us know you are on your way so we can be prepared to meet you at the door when you get here.
????For all appointments, have cats in a carrier and dogs on a leash (no retractable leashes, please). All other animals should be secured in a carrier or container.
???? We will take the history of your pet by phone in advance of your appointment.
???? Call us from the parking lot when you arrive. A team member will come out to get your pet and take her inside.
???? We’ll examine your pet while you wait in the car and then we’ll call you to discuss plans for care.
???? We can arrange payment and will return your pet once treatment is complete.
???? If you don’t have a phone or if your pet’s emergency is life-threatening, please come straight to the front door and knock. A team member will be there immediately.

FOOD OR MEDICATION NEEDS
???? If you need pet food or medication, please call ahead so we can have it ready. WE’RE IN THIS TOGETHER
We’re listening to you and keeping our eye on how the rest of the nation’s veterinary community is responding to this ever-changing and very new situation. We feel that this is the best and safest way to move forward in a situation that is unlike anything any of us have encountered before.

We ask that you stay home if you are sick and follow the guidelines of the CDC. If you are sick, please send a friend or family with your pet so you can stay home.
